ONAM SPECIAL OFFER 2026 — PERFORMANCE-BASED VENDOR PARTNERSHIP

Operational Workflow
- Onboarding & Plan Selection: Vendor selects Partner Plan (Silver / Gold / Platinum) and pays the registration fees.
- Offer Setup: Vendor defines promotional discount (5% to 50% / B1G1).
- Voucher Generation & Dispatch: Gen Z Express generates unique vouchers and sends them to targeted members via WhatsApp / digital portals according to the chosen tier priority.
- Redemption & Purchase: Member presents voucher; Vendor verifies code and applies agreed discount on final bill.
- Commission Payment: Vendor pays the prefixed net marketing commission fee on net invoice value generated.

Membership Discretion & Policy
Membership in Gen Z Express is maintained at the sole discretion of Gen Z Express. Gen Z Express reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any member access, ensuring the integrity and quality of the buyer network directed to partner vendors.

Obligations & Terms
- Registration & Administrative Fee: ₹ 5,000 (Five Thousand Only)
- The applicable vendor registration fee covers the essential administrative, promotional, marketing, processing, and coordination efforts required to facilitate and promote the vendor’s participation. Delivering effective visibility and market outreach involves dedicated human resources, time, energy, operational support, and other associated costs.
- Accordingly, the registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once paid, irrespective of the subsequent outcome, participation, selection, or order placement. The fee is charged towards the administrative and promotional resources committed to the registration and shall not be treated as a security deposit or advance against any purchase.
- Registration Fee: The vendor registration fee ₹ 5,000 (Five Thousand Only) is strictly nonrefundable under any circumstances.
- Discount Honoring: Vendor agrees to honor all valid unique vouchers without inflating regular prices prior to discount application.
- Verification & Reporting: Vendor must verify each voucher code using the Gen Z Express platform before billing and maintain true records for commission calculation.
- Term: Valid for the Onam 2026 festive campaign season. Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice, with accrued commission settled prior to termination.
