Terms and Conditions: Membership Discretion Clause
1. Membership Eligibility and Sole Discretion
Non-Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable, non-assignable, and strictly personal to the registered individual/entity unless explicitly authorized in writing by Gen Z Express.
Admission Right: Membership in Gen Z Express is a privilege, not a right. Gen Z Express reserves the absolute and sole discretion to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any membership application or existing membership at any time, with or without prior notice, and with or without cause.
Criteria and Evaluation: Decisions regarding membership are made at the exclusive discretion of Gen Z Express. We reserve the right to establish, modify, or waive membership qualification criteria at any time without obligation to disclose the reasons for such decisions.
Revocation & Termination: Gen Z Express reserves the right to immediately revoke or cancel the membership of any individual or entity found to be in violation of community guidelines, applicable laws, or terms of service, or whose conduct is deemed inconsistent with the values and interests of Gen Z Express.
